Besides our large choice from our menu, we also have the pleasure to present our specialties during certain periods of the year. For example, in Autumn, Game, followed by our sourcrout with sausages or Royal sourcrout, ham leg on lentils during wintertime. Spur of the moment dishes is proposed regularly along with “Grand-Ma’s “cooking.
